Pinkfest dates (PLEASE READ AND COMMENT) ...

During this year's Pinkfest there was a desire expressed to lock in the Pinkfest dates from year to year as beginning on the last Tuesday of September.

Does anyone see any significant issues with this? Are there any objections to doing so. Please speak up if you think this is will not work or is in any way a bad idea.
