Welcome and updates:

Welcome to those who recently joined our mailing list. We look forward
to seeing you in person this fall. If you have any questions or

We are right at the 17 week out point, and plans are coming together
nicely.

Thanks go out to our DLV 2024 team of volunteers who are putting
together a very full and rich set of activities for the upcoming event.

One principle we are sticking to this year is that we are doing our best
to keep the event affordable for all!

Each evening timeslot will have at least one reasonably-priced activity.

Our two major dinner/social gatherings will be at restaurants which
offer moderately-priced menu selections.

For multi-track dining evenings, at least one of the options will always
be of general interest and reasonably priced.

Registration for our 2024 event is now open.

Those who attended in recent years should have now received their
minimum-click re-registration link.

Schedule highlights:

Our last few rounds of planning resulted in several changes to our daily
schedule, so it is not ready to release as of this date. Assuming that
it stabilizes, we will start to post the working schedule summaries in
these mailings.

Here are some highlights which appear to be solid as far as the dates
are concerned:

Our two major gatherings will occur on Monday and Thursday of DLV week.

Tuesday will be our Downtown Day, with several activities occurring in
and around Downtown Las Vegas.

Golf will happen on Wednesday morning.

We will have a private tour and reception at the Erotic Heritage Museum
on Wednesday evening.

Topgolf and the annual Limousine Tour will take place on Thursday.

A tour of the Las Vegas Showgirl Museum has been added on Monday
afternoon.

Sunday evening will feature an informal dinner and the Get To Know You
Mixer.

These are only the high spots. There are many others planned or in the
works. Please stay tuned for details.

Big Sister Program:

Our Big Sister Program was established in 2001 and has become one of our
shining stars!

Big Sisters are DLV volunteers who have expressed the desire to help
those who are new or unsure. They are matched one-to-one with attendees
who desire the assistance of a companion and mentor.

If you are a new attendee, there are two ways to request a Big Sister:

1. Fill out the Big Sister Request form via the appropriate link on your
Attendee Information Portal. This is the URL that you received shortly
after you registered for DLV 2024.

2. E-mail our Big Sister Team at: bigsister@divalas.vegas

After you request a Big Sister, a member of our Big Sister Team will get
back to you shortly.

If you are a returning attendee, please consider volunteering to be a
Big Sister.

The most important qualification for being a Big Sister is the desire to
help others!

The best way to volunteer is to fill out the Big Sister Volunteer form
using the appropriate link on the Attendee Information Portal, which is
the URL you received shortly after you registered.

Alternatively you may e-mail bigsister@divalas.vegas to volunteer.

During DLV 2024, we will again have our Big Sister Hotline which will be
available at any reasonable hour during the event.

Our Big Sister Hotline (number available in the Final Attendee
Information) will be answered by a member of the Big Sister Team and
this can be used during the event should you require the assistance of a
Big Sister.

Hello DLV Ladies,

Again I will be unable to join you in Vegas this year
as it has become increasingly difficult to travel anywhere with Dennis.
His condition doesn't go well with traveling long distances. But, I
would like to wish you all a glorious and happy DLV week.

I want to dedicate this song that I have attached to this email. It
reminds me of many of you beautiful ladies. I hope you enjoy.
